I might be wrong but I think the definite article is not used after the verb ser as in your item 7. Should it be Que casa es tuya?

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. My guess was that the difference between qué and cuál had something to do with “multiples” but that was as far as I could get on my own. Now I am certain as to when to use qué and cuál.
